Javier and I just finished the PURE DETOX and we can't remember when we felt this good! Our clothes are falling off of us! It isn't just about the weight though. The DETOX is about resetting your body so that it can work the way it was made to work again.

• I cannot stress enough the importance of knowing what you will eat for each meal the night before you go to bed. This was key for me.

• I know that it isn't always possible to do this with a partner in your home but if you can DO IT! Get two Detox Plus kits if you have two people doing it - we ran out of Greens and Daily Build the last week because I wasn't paying attention. You do not want to run out of your PURE products.

• Exercise is important but it doesn't have to be extreme. My typical week included cardio sprint sessions on the bike or the treadmill for 20 minutes twice a week, 1-2 weight lifting sessions each week and one Orange Theory (combo of weights, rowing and sprint intervals on the treadmill) class each week. If that is too much just get out and walk/ run 3-5 times per week, get your heart rate up, break a sweat. This is important for the Detox process.

• Do not skip your snacks This was big for me. In the past I have had a bad habit of skipping meals and then I get really hungry and eat a lot. That pattern does not work well for me. The Metabolic speeds up your metabolism and the 5 meals a day with the Detox adds to that. As my years have started to creep up, cutting calories and working my tail off at the gym doesn't work for me anymore. The Detox incorporates a little bit of carb cycling and we plan to continue with that over the next month as well as continue with the Core Plus products the Superfruits the GPS sports line, Purxcel in the Immune Six.
