Twice a year Javier and I host Leadership Retreats that our VIPs get to run for, in January we hosted in the Keys and this summer we are hosting in Barbados. The summer trip is typically more difficult to earn so once the earners get to Barbados, we cover ALL expenses.  This trip is DIFFICULT TO EARN! The criteria:

• Hit Diamond one time between 3/8 and 3/31
• Hit Ruby one time between 3/8 and 3/31 
• Enroll TWO new people with a minimum 200 point first order and a 100 point smartship
